Program Details & Description
In this class, the coach will lead you through a dynamic warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling/modification options for you.
Fusion of strength and technique, challenging athletes move with relative intensity and purpose focusing on precision and power
Running, rowing, and jump rope, provide essential conditioning and stamina-building elements
Integrating bodyweight movements such as pushups, pullups, and gymnastics with Olympic lifting techniques and movements, such as the squat, bench press, and deadlift
Athletes encourage and motivate each other, leading to camaraderie, shared goals, and a strong sense of belonging
